Kettering Garden Club is located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland in the community of Kettering. The club was formed in March 1998 and became active in April 1999. Kettering Garden Club holds bi-monthly meetings. Kettering Garden Club hosts speakers and seminars on various garden topics for beginning to advanced gardeners. Members have access to plant advice and periodically trade plants, plant cuttings, seeds, books and garden supplies. Kettering Garden Club also contributes articles to community publications to share gardening information.
Our Mission Kettering Garden club is dedicated to sharing gardening and landscaping information to particpating in community beautification projects. Kettering Garden Club also helps to protect Maryland's Chesapeake Bay by encouraging gardeners to use pesticides and herbicides wisely. |
